Yes, we have three available for your use.
Can we have a bespoke wedding breakfast?
Yes, if there’s a particular starter, main course, or dessert you’ve always dreamed of serving on your special day, our team will work with you to bring your vision to life.
Can we bring our own drinks?
We don’t offer dry-hire options or allow guests to bring their own drinks or alcohol onsite. Instead, our extensive and competitively priced drinks menu makes planning your celebration simple and stress-free.

With two fully stocked bars and no bar opening charges, you can relax knowing every detail has been taken care of.
When do we need to provide our catering information?
We ask for your final catering details six weeks before your wedding day. To make the process as seamless as possible, we recommend providing this information around eight weeks ahead, giving us time to discuss any final details, answer questions, and ensure everything is perfectly planned for your celebration.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes, we host tasting events on selected dates throughout the year, priced at £50 per person. Each event features a different menu, so our catering team will be happy to advise on upcoming dates and which menu will be available.
Each tasting experience includes a selection of canapés, wine tasting, and the opportunity to sample the featured menu for your celebration.
How do you cater for different allergies?
We take allergies and dietary requirements extremely seriously. To ensure every guest is cared for, we ask couples to complete a detailed catering document ahead of their celebration, including each guest’s name, dietary requirements, allergies, and seating plan. This allows our catering team to be fully prepared and aware of any specific requirements throughout the day.
Brinsop Court operates as a nut-free environment, meaning we do not store or use whole nuts on-site. Please note that some products we use may be produced in facilities that also handle nuts, and our team will always be happy to discuss any concerns in advance.
How many canapés would you recommend per person?
This will depend on the length of your drinks reception and the timing of your meal, but we would typically recommend around three canapés per person to ensure guests have a lovely selection to enjoy while they mingle.
How long does a wedding breakfast usually last?
A three-course wedding breakfast for 50–80 guests typically takes around one and a half hours, allowing plenty of time for guests to enjoy each course and celebrate together around the table.
Do you provide meals for our suppliers?
Yes, we offer a couple of options for supplier meals to ensure your team of suppliers are well looked after throughout the day.
You can choose for suppliers to enjoy the full wedding breakfast menu, charged at the same rate as your chosen package. Alternatively, we offer a supplier main meal option, which includes your chosen main course served after the wedding breakfast. This is charged at 50% of the wedding breakfast cost.
Will the bar be open during our drink’s reception?
As standard, we open the bar alongside the drinks reception in case a guest wishes to purchase something outside the agreed package, but it can remain closed on request.
If we don’t want a welcome drink for our guests, can we use it elsewhere?
Absolutely, it can be merged with the reception drinks or even used in the evening
How many drinks are included within the drinks packages?
Our drinks packages are designed to give you flexibility while ensuring your guests are well looked after throughout the celebration.
Package one includes a welcome drink, two reception drinks, and a glass of Prosecco for the toast (four drinks in total).
Package two includes a welcome drink, three reception drinks, and a glass of Champagne for the toast (five drinks in total).
If you’d prefer something more tailored, we can also create a bespoke drinks package based on your preferred selection and the number of drinks you’d like to provide.
How many bottles of Prosecco do I need for 100 guests?
As a guide, one bottle of Prosecco provides approximately six glasses. For 100 guests, we would recommend around 18 bottles to allow each guest one glass for the toast.
Please remember that some guests may prefer a non-alcoholic alternative, and we will be happy to help you plan suitable options alongside your drinks selection.
