Here at Brinsop Court we have an onsite dedicated catering team of highly experienced chefs, as well as friendly and professional back and front of house teams, which means that we can fulfil your culinary wishes no matter the style.
Russell our Head Chef, lives and breaths his work and is absolutely dedicated to the craft, his food is created from the heart and designed for the soul. Around Russell is a team of the best including Iain who is our Senior Sous Chef, Amy is our catering manager who ensures all plans are in place for your special day and Mark is our Bar Manager and can create a mean cocktail or deliver perfectly chilled champagne for that all important toast! HOW CATERING AT BRINSOP WORKS
We are very much guided by you to ensure that your vision comes to life and then we use our experience to guide you.
6-12 months before.
This is your window to come to a tasting, to help you decide which menu choices you will go for – so it’s a good idea to peruse the menu before this. Not all couples attend a tasting, but it can be useful if you are stuck between choices. Our tastings are chargeable at £50 per person. If you are wanting to put your menus on your invites, then this needs to be considered and a tasting/choices confirmed accordingly.
Our 2024 tasting events:
4th February – Equinox tasting event (Spring/Summer Menu)
21st April – Solstice tasting event (Autumn/Winter Menus)
21st July – Feast on fire tasting event (Sharing Menu)
12-weeks before.
We like to meet with you 12 weeks before your wedding to go over a few things. This encompasses a meeting with a wedding coordinator to discuss anything and everything about your day; following on from this you will also have a meeting with a member of our catering team to start to finalise catering requirements and go over any questions you may have. This involves looking over menus and confirming choices, any dietary requirements we need to be aware of, final numbers and anything else our catering team may need to know.
6-weeks before your wedding.
Ensure we have all final details, including guest numbers, menu choices, table plans, allergies and dietary requirements
